Meet Our Team

Deanna Tikhonov WHNP-BC & Founder

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with Sigma Theta Tau honors in 2014 and 8 years of working in traditional OBGYN, Deanna witnessed the major lack of personalized, patient centered care. If you are over that too, you are at the right place!

It was through her own healing journey that she truly understood the importance of a holistic approach rather than fragmented care, seeing specialist after specialist with no true solution. She then completed training at The Institute of Functional Medicine to enrich her knowledge.

As the founder and a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Deanna has created a practice that helps women who want to get to the root cause of their symptoms through a functional medicine lense.

Raised in New Jersey, Deanna is married to her high school sweetheart, raising their rescue hound, toddler and will be welcoming twins soon. When she’s not caring for patients, she loves being out in nature, summers at the Jersey Shore, traveling, practicing yoga, or attending a sound bath reiki session. She is also certified in prenatal yoga.

Deanna believes the body has the power to heal with the right guidance and support. It is her mission to empower each woman that joins the practice to feel the same!

Giving women the time and attention they deserve to feel in tune with their body truly lights her up.

She is currently on maternity leave until May 2026.

Brittany McCabe FNP-BC

Brittany brings over a decade of experience in the medical field, with a dedicated focus on women's health. As a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she has a profound passion for holistic and integrative practices. Her expertise is enriched by her coursework at The Institute for Functional Medicine, her certification in Reiki, and her training in medicinal herbs.

For Brittany, holistic health is not just a career-it's a way of life. Having suffered from chronic migraines since adolescence, she found the importance of diet and lifestyle modifications from a very young age. Along her personal healing journey, she discovered the powerful and positive impact that functional medicine principals had on her own health. These principals now inform how Brittany practices medicine, with a focus on the whole person, ensuring comprehensive and effective care.

When she’s not seeing patients, she is spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling to new places and sharing new experiences with her family.

She is returning from maternity leave in January 2026.
